About M0RBD
M0RBD is a community space for those who love the history and technology of ham radio and computing.
Who we are
We are a group of enthusiasts dedicated to preserving and sharing the stories behind vintage technology. Our site serves as a hub for both long-time hobbyists and newcomers who are curious about the past.
We focus on three main areas:
- Ham radio: The history, equipment, and community of amateur radio.
- Retro computing: Restoring and exploring classic computers.
- General computing: Broader insights into the evolution of technology.
What makes M0RBD different is our commitment to authenticity. We don’t just list specs; we share the experiences, challenges, and joys of working with older hardware and radio equipment. It’s a place to learn, connect, and celebrate the tech that paved the way for today.
